The Orr Fellowship is a two-year postgraduate fellowship that connects high potential young professionals with opportunities at some of the most dynamic, fastest growing, entrepreneurial companies in Indiana. On top of this unique professional experience, the Orr Fellowship delivers executive-level mentorship, the ability to build an impressive professional network through business leader meetings and professional development opportunities. Since 2001, more than 130 young professionals have jump-started their careers by participating in the program.

Additionally, our second-year class will be leaving for a two-week international trip to Brazil in just over 30 days, and our new class of Fellows will begin their time with the Fellowship in June.
